Privacy Policy — Tsumu Run

Tsumu Run (“the app”) is developed by Koichiro Ueki (“we”). This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your data.

Health data

The app reads the following from Apple Health, with your permission:

• Running workouts (date, duration, distance)
• Heart rate and time spent in each heart rate zone

This data never leaves your device. It is read from Apple Health, processed on your iPhone, and stored only in the app’s local cache on your device. We do not upload it, we cannot see it, we do not share or sell it, and it is never used for advertising or for any purpose other than showing you your own training.

The app only reads health data. It never writes to Apple Health.

You can revoke access at any time in the Health app: Profile → Apps → Tsumu Run.

Analytics and crash reports

The app uses Google Firebase to understand how the app is used and to fix crashes:

• Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage events such as which screens are opened and which buttons are tapped, along with a device identifier assigned by Firebase.
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports, including device model, OS version, and the state of the app at the time of a crash.

No health data is included in these events. We never send heart rate values, workout durations, distances, zone distributions, or any other health information.

We do not track you across apps or websites, and the app contains no advertising.

Data retention

Health data stays on your device and is deleted when you delete the app. Analytics and crash data are retained by Firebase according to Google’s retention settings.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this page with a new “last updated” date.

Tsumu Run(以下「本アプリ」)は植木浩一郎(以下「当方」)が開発しています。本ポリシーは、 本アプリがデータをどのように扱うかを説明するものです。

ヘルスデータ

本アプリは、あなたの許可を得た上でヘルスケアアプリから以下を読み取ります。

• ランニングワークアウト(日付、時間、距離)
• 心拍および各心拍ゾーンの滞在時間

このデータが端末の外に出ることはありません。 ヘルスケアアプリから読み取り、 お使いのiPhone内で処理し、端末内のローカルキャッシュにのみ保存します。当方が アップロードすることも、閲覧することも、第三者に共有・販売することもありません。 広告目的、およびあなた自身の練習を表示する以外の目的で利用することもありません。

本アプリはヘルスデータの読み取りのみを行い、書き込みは一切行いません。

分析情報とクラッシュレポート

本アプリは、利用状況の把握と不具合修正のためにGoogle Firebaseを利用しています。

• Firebase Analytics — どの画面が開かれたか、どのボタンが押されたかといった 匿名の利用イベント、およびFirebaseが割り当てるデバイス識別子
• Firebase Crashlytics — クラッシュレポート(端末機種、OSバージョン、クラッシュ時の状態)

これらにヘルスデータは一切含まれません。 心拍値、運動時間、距離、ゾーン比率などの 健康情報を送信することはありません。

他のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキングは行わず、広告も掲載していません。

データの保持

ヘルスデータは端末内に留まり、アプリを削除すると消去されます。分析情報と クラッシュデータは、Googleの保持設定に従ってFirebaseが保持します。

お子様について

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、意図的にデータを収集することはありません。

変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、更新日を記載した上でこのページに掲載します。
